Discover and enhance my Mental Landscape

- Would you like to reduce your stress?

- Would you like to increase your motivation and have a plan to overcome obstacles?

- Would you like to change the way you respond to people who annoy you or cause you conflict?

- Would you like to change your relationship with excercise, food and other habits?

Would you like to do this without having to spend ages working on it or talking about it?

This part day interactive workshop is open to all

  • Learn how your mind stores representations of key people in your landscape and the impact it has on how you feel (good and bad)

  • Discover how easy it is - when you know how - to increase contentment and reduce stresses

  • Explore ways to easily increase your motivation for a project or habit of your choice

THIS IS A VERY SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY

  • Treat yourself to an experiential fun day of development, with Fiona Sutherland, the UK's leading authority on mental landscapes, in a small group for personal attention.

  • Discover intriguing ways in which we each store and transfer information within the deepest structures of our mind, energy fields and mental landscape.

  • Enjoy how liberating it is to unblock what's hindering you and enhance what you want. No slow mind talking about it - simply playing with locations, shapes, colours and how your fast mind represents them.
